A Technical Hub consisting of a specialized team of engineers, located in our HQ.
If direct observation of the situation is required, the technician, thanks to a specific app, can provide the ACMI contact with a detailed view of the machine, in order to identify the parts requiring intervention.
The images are sent to the ACMI contact’s PC at the Technical Hub.
The Technical Hub identifies the tasks to be carried out and provides the technician on the production line with the instructions needed to optimise machine functions.
